How to find us
Our Merlin Blackpool attractions are conveniently located in Blackpool Tower Centre on the Golden Mile promenade, including:

The attractions are only a short walk from each other and are easily accessible by car, train, bus and tram.
Blackpool North Station is the closest to The Gruffalo and Friends Clubhouse and is approximately 20 minutes walking distance.
There is a tram station located opposite the train station, that offers easy access to the Promenade.
Guests planning to travel by train to our attraction can visit National Rail, TransPennine Express or Northern Railway to find their nearest train station and plan their journey.
Taxis are readily available from the train station and all should have accessible vehicles. A local taxi service can be contacted by telephoning 01253 292929.
Directions to Central Car Park, located in Blackpool town centre
- Follow the M55 to the end.
- Take the second exit at the roundabout and follow the road to the Travelodge opposite Blackpool Football Club.
- Turn right onto Bloomfield road.
- Turn left onto Central Drive and follow the road until you get to Central Drive Car park.

Disabled parking
Disabled bays are available in Central Car Park, situated along the fence by New Bonny Street, opposite Coral Island, as well as near the entrance at Chapel Street.
Disabled badge holders are permitted to use all the bays on Central Car Park, not just the designated disabled bays, with 3 hours free parking.
Coach parking
The coach station is located next to Central Car Park which can be used as a pick-up point.

Tram
For a traditional Blackpool experience, take any Promenade tram to the Central Pier stop.
There is a tram station located opposite the train station, that offers easy access to and from the Promenade.
Trams operate from Starr Gate all the way through to Fleetwood along Blackpool Promenade. Operating roughly every 10 – 15 minutes. All trams (excluding Heritage Trams) have level boarding and step-free interiors, with designated pushchair/wheelchair areas to ensure accessibility for all. All except the Heritage trams have both visual & audible announcers to inform passengers of the next stops.
Bus
Most buses travel through the town centre which is a short walk from the attraction.
