Booking a visit

Schools should undertake full and thorough risk assessments in relation to their educational visits to The Gruffalo and Friends Clubhouse to ensure it can be undertaken safely. You can download our supporting risk assessment to help write your own here.

ONLINE BOOK NOW PAY NOW

If you know your preferred date and final numbers and would like to pay by credit card you can book now and pay now through our online booking system. Please be advised it is not possible to book workshops through this option. If you would like to visit within 14 days please use this option. 

Please be advised bookings through this option are non-refundable and non-transferable.

BOOK NOW PAY LATER

Alternatively, if you are still planning and finalising numbers and would like to make a booking now with our pay later option please fill in the form below and a member of our booking team will get back to you within 48 hours. Your booking will remain provisional until you confirm the booking and final numbers. You must confirm your booking at least 14 days in advance of the visit date.

Please be advised once you confirm the booking and final numbers, bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Booking Information
Your booking confirmation will take into consideration your free teacher ratio.
If our booking agents our unable to book your preferred visit date due to availability in relation to your preferred time of arrival please advise an alternative date they can consider. If you can only visit on a singular date please select the same date.
Our booking agents will do their best to book your preferred time of arrival but on occasions due to availability they may have to book the nearest available slot or consider your alternative date of visit. Please double check your booking confirmation on your allocated arrival time.
